MRO in a Nutshell

Initial Free Consultation

Give us a call, and we will discuss your options moving forward, including your next ‘trigger’ event and explain the process and our fees.

Market Rent Only MRO Notice

We will serve a compliant MRO notice to the PubCo on your behalf, which will begin the 28 day “full response” period.

III

Review Terms of Lease

We will review the proposed MRO-compliant lease terms, and advise whether we consider it necessary to reject any terms as “uncommon”.

IV

Site Visit & Negotiation

We will conduct a site visit, to assess our opinion as to the market rent. We can then decide how to progress the negotiations. It may be necessary to refer to an independent assessor.

V

Completion & Delivery

Once we have settled on a rental we will assist with the completion of a MRO lease.
